📺 Vongozero/To The Lake ★☆☆☆☆ Michael Rosenbaum recommended this series in his latest podcast episode. It sure showed potential but there is not a single likable character, the acting (or writing) is mediocre at best and there‘s just no real tension or threat. A few memorable moments or ideas and a whole lot of boredom and infuriatingly stupid drama. The worst offender is the soundtrack though, ripping off several iconic songs from Hans Zimmer and others. It‘s not just rude, it takes you right out of the experience.
