Morning run at Lake Garda. Perfect temperature but the humidity is a bit challenging. But finished with a morning swim in the lake.

We arrived at Lake Garda today after one night in Munich. Absolutely gorgeous here. Went for a swim, did some grocery shopping and explored the little town here.

My physical movie purchases have drastically slowed down, about 2-5 per month. Only getting gems now and today this bad boy arrived 🍿

Caught a pretty big grasshopper in the bedroom last night. Was wondering what’s making these weird noises that kept me from sleeping. These are rather rare here in the city and we should keep it this way. Released the fella on the balcony and it flew away. Good riddance!

Finally an intense HIIT (training) again. Felt good but also feels like it was the first time. Apparently a 2-week break reset my muscles, all sore now.

Broke my tattoo-related workout break a little early. Couldn‘t sleep and had too many infuriating thoughts about work on my mind. So I turned the energy into a 6am run to and around the lake.

Obsessing over t-shirt design at the moment. These books arrive on the daily and this one here is the best so far.

I recently told this following sentence my boss and just realized this is either my motto or fate: „The problem is I don‘t know what the problem is!“.

I can‘t grasp why people are still doing this like it‘s normal:

• Smoking.
• Keeping car motor running when not driving.
• Using the car in a big city to to drive short distances.
• Not being irritated by products being excessively wrapped in plastic packaging.
